How much does managed IT support cost for a small business? Managed IT pricing typically ranges from $75 to $250 per user per month depending on the level of service and security required. We provide a fixed monthly price after our initial assessment so you know your IT costs in advance, no surprise invoices.
Do you offer on-site support or just remote? Both. Most issues can be resolved remotely within minutes, but when on-site help is needed, we’re typically at your office within hours, not days. We cover the Inland Empire and surrounding Southern California areas.
What’s the difference between managed IT and break-fix support? Break-fix support means you call when something is broken and pay hourly to fix it. What if I just need a one-time fix, not ongoing support? We do offer one-time project work, but managed support is what we recommend for any business that depends on its IT.
